Snagged from Grist

Sarah McLachlan produced a video for her song "World on Fire" about the costs of producing a music video to highlight some of the issues with consumption and what other purposes her money could have been used for some time ago.

Reminiscent of this, Sheryl Crow has a video for her new single showing a parade of facts while she performs the song "Shine over Babylon." The song itself doesn't do anything for me, but if something is going
to be in front of people's eyes and has a chance to bring the wider
world to them, I'm all for it.

If you'd like to check out and read usually scathing commentary on other artists efforts scroll to the bottom of the post on Grist.
