greening a law firm

My new company has a green initiative that launched recently and has started to roll out some changes to the company. So far the company has distirbuted water bottles in the hopes that we'll use fewer disposable paper cups. Recycling bins have appeared in the kitchens (wow, 2008 and they only just got recycling bins?) Other initiatives underway are investigating purchasing the hardware to set all printing to be double-sided (assuming it isn't going to a client).

I had a conversation and have started thinking about trying to become involved with the companies green committee. What can a large service oriented company do to reduce its energy usage?

One thing I've thought of is to requesting the building management replace the urinals with waterless models. This would eliminate the electric needed for the autoflush mechanisms as well as the waste of water.
