Batteryless blinky lights

Thorough analysis by Fritz at Commute By Bike of Reelight bike lights, a batteryless flasher that mounts to the axles of a bike's wheels. At $50 for the non-charging version, and $60 for the charging version (will continue to blink while stopped), these look like they'd be a great addition to anyone who does night riding. And no generator to increase resistance significantly. Oh, and they're always "on", no remembering to turn them on at dusk.

Definitely going onto my bike wishlist. Available from Hiawatha Cyclery, Minneapolis, MN.
